Why We Exist

We recognized a significant gap in South Africa's property management landscape. Thousands of people serve as body corporate trustees and HOA committee members, managing properties worth millions of rand. Yet most receive no formal training before taking on these responsibilities.

This knowledge gap creates real problems. Trustees make financial decisions without understanding reserve fund requirements. Committees handle disputes without knowing proper procedures. Managing agents struggle to maintain professional standards across their portfolios.

We created RiskAsset HV Training to address this need directly. Our focus is education — providing structured, practical training based on the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and real-world experience.

Our Approach
